Alphabet Mania...

In "Alphabet Mania" students hop, skip, jump, crab walk, bear crawl, gallop etc. to the beat of the music while dragging their jump ropes around.  When the music stops they go to the closest orange spot and flip it over.  Whatever letter or number they reveal they have to try and create it with their jump rope.  Students are also encouraged to use their bodies to complete the more complex letters and numbers.

Nice job to our K-1 students at HCS with this complex activity!  A great way to learn, practice and reinforce some very important skills!
