-A really cool video of MCS students getting after it in this great football lead up game! Watch how students are forced to get "open" if they want to make a proper football catch to get out of jail. We talked about how the proper way to catch a football was through making a "window" with your hands. All students found that throwing the football the correct way with a nice spiral worked best ("football to ear" and "snap wrist upon release"). They wanted to help their teammates get out of jail so in turn they gave them a nice spiraled throw. Students guarding the jails also could make catches and send the "Captain" who through the ball back to jail!!!
